Newport has been home for Reser Bicycle Outfitters since 2000. Housed on the corner of 7th and Monmouth streets, Reser’s provides a wide selection of services, everything from repairing flat tires to bicycle fitting from one of their certified Serotta International Cycling Institute employees. Of course, Reser Bicycle Outfitters is in no short supply of bikes and biking accessories.
 
It’s the product choice and services that keep customers coming back, but none of this is possible without a strong team, and Reser’s has just that. “The key to our success has been our people. We have a dedicated staff that works hard to meet customer expectations. Our team is the most talented of any shop in the area and that makes us successful,” says owner Jason Reser.
 
The Newport Business Association is also been a part of the success for Reser Bicycle Outfitters. “We feel it important to be a part of the community in every way possible. The businesses in Newport are a key part of adding value and the NBA allows us to partner with the city and our fellow businesses to take part in the continued opportunities for growth and prosperity.”
 
Reser Bicycle Outfitters recently opened a second location in the city of Cincinnati, allowing commuters easy access. While Reser doesn’t plan to open a third location as of yet, he does have an open mind to the idea. As the bicycling community becomes a larger part of the American culture, Reser’s will be there to support it, wherever they may be.
