In fact, we have been named the #1 aquarium in the 2012 Reader's Choice Travel Awards from 10Best.com, the Best Rainy Day Outing in 2006 by the Cincinnati Family Magazine and the Zagat Survey's U.S. Family Travel Guide named us the Best Aquarium in the Midwest, in 2004.
To make this possible, we showcase thousands of animals from around the world in a million gallons of water, 365 days a year, provide you with facilities like Sharky's Cafe, Ride the Ducks Newport, a Sweet Dreams Candy Co. and, our very own gift shop. In addition, we provide banquet facilities for corporate meetings and parties. The aquarium is also home to the WAVE Foundation, a nonprofit that supports worldwide conservation while educating the community about aquatic life. less
